廉哲雄

广东省人民医院/广东省医学科学院廉哲雄教授实验室主要研究方向为自身免疫性疾病和肝脏慢性炎症性疾病的基础免疫学研究、肿瘤免疫学发病机制以及治疗靶点和免疫药物研发。实验室负责人廉哲雄教授于白求恩医科大学(现吉林大学白求恩医学部)获得医学学士学位日本关西医科大学获医学博士学位。曾为美国纽约大学北岸医院助理研究员美国加利福尼亚大学戴维斯分校博士后美国加利福尼亚大学戴维斯分校资深研究员美国加利福尼亚大学戴维斯分校副教授。2009年作为中国科学院百人计划引进人才受聘于中国科技大学生命科学学院/免疫所,入选2009年度教育部长江计划特聘教授后任职于华南理工大学医学院/生命科学研究院,现为广东省人民医院/广东省医学科学院副院长。回国以来主持并参与多项国家自然科学基金及科技部973项目,包括国自然面上项目1项,国自然重点项目3项,973课题两项。并作为主持人获得广东省珠江人才计划第七批引进创新团队项目。廉哲雄教授团队长期从事自身免疫性疾病及肿瘤免疫等免疫学机制研究,尤其肝脏自身免疫性疾病免疫学研究方面有较高国际声望。J.Exp.Med., J.C.I., Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Journal of autoimmunity, J.Immunol.等杂志发表SCI论文一百十余篇。

实验室学术亮点:

1)创新性地构建了多种用于模拟人类自身免疫性疾病的模型小鼠,结合临床需求,利用模型小鼠对自身免疫性疾病免疫学发病机制进行了系统研究,为多种自身免疫性疾病的治疗提供了重要线索;

2)具有全面的多组学及生物信息学研究分析手段,利用高参数流式细胞术,单细胞转录组/免疫组库测序,多色免疫组化,基于质谱的代谢组/蛋白组学等多组学技术,研究疾病发生发展过程中细胞生物学分子生物学机制,对肿瘤免疫微环境及调控机制进行了深入探究,为临床转化提供相关依据。
