赵蔚

广东省人民医院/广东省医学科学院赵蔚教授实验室研究围绕肿瘤表观遗传药理领域。实验室负责人赵蔚于2000-2004年在南京大学本科学习获得学士学位;2004-2009年在南京大学师从徐强教授并获得博士学位2009-2011年在美国Baylor College of Medicine进行博士后培训;2011-2015年在康奈尔大学Weill医学院附属Methodist医院任助理研究员;20153月起获聘中山大学中山医学院教授、博导;20211月起获聘广东省人民医院研究员、博导。承担各级科研基金10余项,包括:国家千人计划启动经费1项,国家自然科学基金面上项目3项,国家重点研发计划“干细胞研究专项”课题1项,广东省千人计划配套经费1项等。作为项目核心成员参与广东省珠江人才创新创业团队1项、广东省自然科学基金创新团队项目1项。迄今在国际高水平SCI期刊已发表论文30余篇, 代表作包括 Cell2013一作),Cancer Res2019通讯), Sci Adv2020通讯), STTT2020通讯), Adv Sci (2020,2021通讯)

前期研究亮点:

1)阐明组蛋白H3K27me3修饰-RNA m6A修饰交互联系介导肿瘤耐药的新机制

2)揭示骨肉瘤耐药核心因子的“相分离”特性,并筛选到靶向相分离的新型先导化合物GSK-J4

3)发现骨肉瘤耐药细胞的新亚群,创建协同治疗耐药肿瘤的新方案
