2007年中山大学获博士学位后,在Harvard Medical School & Boston Children’s Hospital进行博士后研究工作。目前主要围绕干细胞自我更新、衰老、分化、自噬和骨髓微环境等内容,从干性维持和临床应用(如衰老,白血病和实体肿瘤等治疗)等方面进行研究。以通讯作者或第一作者在Blood (2篇)、Science Advances、Nature Communications,Autophagy,Oncoimmunology等杂志上发表SCI论文二十多篇;在Cell,Immunity, Cell Research,JBC 等杂志上以合作作者发表 SCI论文十多篇,被Molecular Cancer, Frontiers Oncology, PLOS One等多种SCI收录杂志特邀为审稿人,国家自然科学基金项目和广东省自然基金项目评审专家。
