围绕肿瘤免疫、病毒感染免疫、免疫性疾病等方向开展研究。
陈青云,博士毕业于香港大学李嘉诚医学院,免疫学专业,2020年以高层次人才引进入职广东省人民医院。主要从事肿瘤免疫和抗病毒免疫研究工作,研究成果以第一和通讯发表在Cancer Research、Journal of Autoimmunity、Journal of Immunology、Microbiology Spectrum等免疫学专业杂志上。主持国家自然科学基金2项、广东省自然科学基金面上项目1项、中国博士后科学基金1项。“珠江人才计划”海外青年人才引进计划(博士后项目)获得者。
研究内容:
利用临床标本、小鼠疾病模型,结合生物信息学、分子生物学、免疫学、表观遗传学等技术方法研究肿瘤微环境中的正向、负向免疫调控机制,宿主抗病毒感染机制,以及免疫相关疾病背后的分子机制等。
